OneHung needs a loan officer who will only charge him 2%. Looks like we're both screwed.
Sorry bro, I charge 2% for Owner-occupied properties, 3% for investment props. Even for those who are well-endowed, as you *claim*.:)I CAN, however, be talked into the occasional "friends and family" deal.
Just between you and OHM, he's probably no more impressive than any other guy, but he's trying to focus his power of positive thinking into huge results.
